Ingredients: 2 chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces. 1 cup breadcrumbs. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/2 teaspoon onion powder. Salt and pepper to taste. 2 eggs, beaten.
Instructions: Get the oven ready by heating it up to 400F 200C. Put Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl and mix them together. Put pieces of chicken into beaten eggs, and then cover them with the breadcrumb mix. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and put the chicken pieces on it. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, flipping once, until golden brown and done all the way through.
