That is an awesome color. I dyed mine black a couple weeks back; but it has blue and purple highlights in it.
I was thisclose to dying mine black! I figured I'd try the purple first, given that I recently bleached my hair, and I'm very pleased so far! Your color sounds like perfection.

Ion is amazing~ <3 Oh and just wondering... I've had this purple hair dye (from Ion, lol) for like... two years now... Would it still be good to use?
I have so many Ion products it's almost embarrassing. :X
Should be! At the very worst, the color won't last quite as long. (Please note that I'm not a professional and have very little fear as far as damaging my own hair goes because I figure I can just shave it all off and start over again if anything goes wrong.)

I wish I would look good in hair that dark- I usually can't go much deeper than fuschia without looking absolutely awful.
My natural hair color is super dark! I tend to look washed out in lighter colors. Looooove fuschia hair though. :D
