Feesheoke! - Cafeenby Feesh Shell Challenge Karaoke Bar, $133,997, 30x20 Finally posting my finished @cafenby 's Feesh Shell Challenge! It was a cute fish shell, I turned mine into a semi underwater 'Under the Sea / Ocean' themed venue. I realized during this that we have.. very little ocean or sea related things in the Sims 4 and I hope that changes. PLEASE feel free to add very cute sea creatures, or ocean items from mods in here to really take it up a knotch! I also found out that even though I bought fish for the aquariums they don't seem to carry over through the gallery and placing :< The special effect machines are set to 'bubbles'. You may not alter the walls in any way. The Architecture must remain the original design, however, how you decorate the interior is up to you!
There are no pack restrictions, you may use any packs you like!
You may add whatever you like to the exterior, I.E sheds, pools, ponds, paths etc.
You can not add basements or alter anything beneath the lot.

Johnny Zest’s actual trailer got turned into a shell challenge, and this build definitely went the right direction after the first fail attempt to build him a new place last night. Not only is the trailer now on a smaller lot, but it’s had a complete chic makeover and been doused in Plumbella’s Pastel Pop kit. There’s some other kits I haven’t really used that helped add to the pretty, and... yup! Done. Johnny Zest is in my main town now, plunked down at his new pad in Copperdale, and won’t be dying of aging this time... just, y’know, possibly any of the other nonsense the game likes to throw at sims. XD
