How are sims effected during a heat wave?

If they don’t change into their warm weather outfit (which they should automatically), they’ll get a negative moodlet, become uncomfortable, and will eventually die! 

Much like standing outside in a blizzard, they’ll also make a mad dash for the indoors. ≧◡≦
