What We're Doing Wrong, Liza Jane Branch
This girl knew how to write songs, play guitar and sing, so she recorded an album with her computer and it’s actually good. I wish I had been nearly so cool at 15.
I’m talking about Liza Jane Branch, a cute lil’ singer-songwriter from Charlotte, North Carolina. Her indie acoustic sound feels like sleeping in on Saturday mornings. They’re not recorded very well (she obviously used Garage Band), but I think her voice gets past the bad microphone and shines.
