#tbt to Mount Beauty Big Hill (gods country) 2006. Easily my most favourite track in Oz, because like Ricky Bobby, I just wanna go fast. The (then) long wheelbase of the Sinister R9 helped with that, it just required a little more man handling in the bottom tight sections. I'd had a cracker qualifier, but completely botched my race run. So I decided to make up for by entering the final section at warp speed to regain some street cred only to be catapulted just seconds after this pic with my bike and myself ending up in the car park leaving a dent in Schmity's car. Scotty Kindred managed to pick me up, hand me my bike and I rolled across the line not entirely sure what day it was. Solid good times.
