This scene:
It shows that Pathilogia was there for Ki-toon's first ever murder!
by Pathilogia expression he is either protecting him from view but if Pathilogia already finally inherited his purpose than he is comforting him!

Second is this!
Ki-toon wrote on the back of Pathilogia's house and it has a heart....
Either Pathilogia never goes in his own backyard because he knows Ki-toon lives there and doesn't want to die to Ki-toon (very more canon than the other reason) or Pathilogia noticed the bloody graffiti and still didn't erase it (maybe because of the heart or wanting people to be aware of Ki-toon being there?)

KI-TOON LIVES IN PATHILOGIA'S BACKYARD
Either Ki-toon used Pathilogia's curse to his advantage, maybe he asked if he could live near Pathilogia and when Pathologia said "yes" (meaning no) Ki-toon pretended to forget that Pathilogia only says lies or the opposite and still builds his house behind Pathilogia's— or Pathilogia actually agreed Ki-toon to live near
