[There’s a gift neatly wrapped on Avery’s cot and it says, “To My Cub”. Inside is a gift box with tissue and within is a pendant. With the pendant is a note: “To Avery: I am so thankful you’re back with me. I know things are rocky, but I want you to know that I am here for you whenever you need me. Distance has only made my heart grow fonder than it was. Taking things slow in no way diminished my love for you. I love you so much, cub. Love, Edward.”]
