It's hard to believe that in this so called modern day, a serious humanitarian issue such as the Rohingya is being overlooked upon. They are people, just like us, and I don't see why the governments are treating them less than animals. Seriously, it just baffles me. If you haven't caught on this yet... Basically innocent people who are trying to escape traffickers, violence, and hunger in their own land... and yet, they are being turned away by our governments when trying to seek refuge elsewhere. I can't imagine just being a float at sea, in a jam-packed floating coffin; feeling helpless and betrayed by the world. That would suck big time. Let's pray that things goes well for most of them, inshaAllah (god willing).
