As winter starts to set in, I remember back to the amazing moments I've had in the warm weather. This year has been an incredibly rough one. Yesterday, my niece was having a rough day with her behavior, and I was having a rough day with my health. She was buckled in to the cart while we were at @ikeausa because her parents were busy and she was not making good choices with her freedom. I was standing next to her struggling to catch my breath when she asked me to watch her so she could get out of the cart. I wasn’t up to it, so I explained to her that I’m not always up to handling crazy kids and that’s why I don’t have any of my own. The other day I got the opportunity to try salt therapy. It was like going to the spa, but instead of being engulfed in steam it was salt! My first reaction was... "wow! This tastes delicious!" Haha.
