I like the idea of Tadashi not approving of Cherry not in a jealous way but more in a he's not worthy of your family name and he's such a bad influence Master….you didn't used to be this wild! type way.
Adam comes in drunk at three am and tadashi just knows Cherry is to blame!
Tadashi takes one look at Kaoru's lip ring and is like instant disapproval. Adam picks up on this and see's pissing off his puppy as a bonus. Everytime he walks into the room Adam has his lips all over Cherry's mouth and neck.
Karou the little shit is totally encouraging this and is groping Adam while giving Tadashi a shit eating smirk. The two of them are so into the idea of making the proper uptight servant boy lose it.

Cherry also calls Tadashi puppy to be a little shit. Teenage cherry and Joe were clearly in their teen rebellion phase so authority especally from someone their age would just annoy them.
