Day thirty. The final day of Sketchtember. Well... After I displaced it for a week from vacation, but don’t worry about it. I bend the rules a bit.

And since today is the final day of the challenge, I decided to draw myself hugging some of my online friends who are also artists that I talk to regularly. All of them I love talking to and they all inspire me in some way to improve my skills. Some of them, I can safely say that I’d probably not have improved half as much, or even stopped drawing altogether without their love and encouragement. So if you see a name that you don’t recognize, go check them out.

The people in my arms (From left to right): @katanamasako‘s OC Kat, @mythkaz is the smiley fellow, @chromepixels is waving hello, @anidrewit is a sleepy peep, the lovely @mizfiore is at the end. The next friend (The one hanging from the sleeve) I don’t know if they have a Tumblr so I’ll link their dA for now. It is Shockzboy and that’s his OC Rachel.

On my head: We have @amafeatheredcat and @hikariyuushi’s OC Riaki. Both of whom I found initially by their RP blogs @dragonkingteo and @elderchameleos respectively.

I don’t know if I’ll do another 30 day challenge after this, but I promise there will be art, so hope you all stick around. :D

I put more effort into this than I needed, but I think it came out looking great.

So I recently got into watching My Hero Academia, and I love the show to bits. And Deku is so far one of my favorite protagonists of any show I’ve seen in a while. Also, I love his hair. So floofy. Floofy hair makes for good characters in my book.

He’s also the one who says what is my new favorite “Out of context” saying.

Just send that to someone with no context.

This creation spawned from me and @katanamasako having a conversation. Also, Loki wanted to see Kat in a nurse outfit.

Day 27. There are just 3 days left until I’ve officially finished Sketchtember.

So story of this character: When Selvina laid Orochi and Madella’s eggs, there was a third egg. The fate of that egg was cut short after it met with a demon’s appetite. Nala would’ve been the third child of Selvina and Zazos ( @chromedumpster‘s character.) She would’ve been named Nala, and she would’ve taken after their father in terms of fighting techniques, i.e. Magic is hard and it’s easier to use your own muscles. She would’ve been a bit arrogant confident in her skills, and often picked fights with Orochi.

We also decided that she’d be a bit of a flirt as well, and the main reason for her father to dramatically sharpen his scythe on the front porch while waiting for her to come home.

A colored version will be on it’s way.
