Well Lion did present Rose's sword to Steven the first time by pushing it partially out of his own head/mane, but I'm not sure if he can do that with things other than the sword? (I don't see why not) So I would assume Lion can access his own mane.

I always wondered if its climate controlled cause remember Steven took out a soda can from there? And everyone knows hot soda is nasty so maybe there's a cooler in there?

Do you have a RT account? Because when I had this problem before, I had to go into account setting change my email and that fixed it for some reason, so maybe try that? c:

i managed to find a thread that had a link i could paste that let me reset my shipping location to the US and it was fixed :)
