What to do
It’s my grandmothers’ birthdays today both of them and I know I should call them and wish them a happy birthday but what do I say when they ask me what I’m up to I can’t tell them I dropped out of college to go to rehab I can’t tell them I failed again so I guess I’m not gonna call them they know I love them but it’s just not okay for me to worry them with this I’m not okay my body is shutting down I can’t stop shaking my head is throbbing how can I tell them that should I just lie I’m so tired of lying I spent 18 years lying in just tired I’m so fucking tired I haven’t slept right since my friend left me and now I wake up more tired then when I went to sleep what do I do?
