Ted talk
(Note this is just thoughts I've had through out the day and thought I'd compile them)
(So have the dump of my brain for a moment)
So the Minecraft movie right. It's a thing that might come true, but theres a lot of scares that could lead from it. One thing being Mojang messes up the movie and destroys the games reputation kinda like Saga and sonic (not a jab). But I do believe that if Mojang really wants to make a movie about a game that's impacted so many people in many different ways. ..they should team up with a few fans or even ask fans of the games what they would love to see in said movie. One thing I'd personally love is a nod off to the community as a whole. Like Easter eggs that the fnaf series had. Or old Adventure maps to people like Skydoesminecraft and Captain Sparkles. Because their fanbases were a nice one. (With the occasional asshat) but they could do so much just asking fans.
Another thing, the Plot. It's a normal general plot. A teen girl with a group of unlikely adventures going to defeat the end dragon. But theres so much room to add things. For instance having the same cast of adventures, but the enderdragon not being the end fight. It's only the beginning of something worse. My main idea I stand by. Is fucking herobrine being added. Since hes been apart of the community no matter how much Mojang covers it up, hes been there for all of it. Being in the early versions and in many mini games. So having a plot with herobine being the ring master and the enderdragon and the wither as puppets could lead to so much. Things like angst and just a general good plot (personal opinion)
This is a point I wanted to mention is easter eggs. I think the youtubers that brought this games community together should have a nod off. Even if they dont play the game now, or are getting back into playing the game. Of course people like the whole Teamcrafted group. Captain Sparkles, DanTDM,Ldshadowlady, Stampy. Ihascupquake, Sethbling. Antvenom. Bashur (even if you wont agree. He was a part of it). Even the fucking animators that had huge parts like Slamacow. His animations really showed how creative this community even is.
I may just be someone nobody cares about, but these things could be built on. Mojang could make a bad ass fucking movie about this game or it ends up ..being a Sonic movie or the Super Mario brothers movie.
And this game doesnt deserve that, now for what's it's done to many people. I'd love to know your thoughts
