But we have not participated in such things. That's not our thing. We don't want to be used as clowns or be used as idiots, for them to get some kind of benefit from our music. I wanted to share some stuff in here as well on a project that I was working on for a good good while. It is a retold story of the Latvian folklore "Kurbads", inspired by the folkmetal group @skyforgerofficial written by Guntars Godiņš. Illustrated by me and @_pekle_ Since childhood I always wanted to get my hand working on a book and finally I had the opportunity to do so with @_pekle_ ! This was a great collaboration and I had a lot of fun even with the sleepless nights while working on the project itself. haha. I had picked up a lot of new techniques on how to approach art that I will plan on using in my future work as well. The book itself will be released sometime in May, so do look forward to it! o/ I was also told that it will be at one point translated in English so stay tuned!! o9
