I have read some of your fanfics and they are all so nice. Where do you take the inspiration for your stories? And how long do you write one of your longer stories?

i have a rather vivid imagination, so most of my stories are imaginary scenarios i come up with in my head before falling asleep hahaha. i'm always very grateful for requests, they always inspire me a lot, even if i sometimes change them the slightest bit.

as for how long it takes me to write them, it usually varies. sometimes, when i'm really inspired, i finish a 4k+ story in less than a week, yet a 2k one can take me multiple weeks up to multiple months to finish. it also always depends on how much time i have at hand, considering i just started attending university after working for many years to save up for it ♡

not sure if it's the new year for all of you yet but it sure as hell is in australia and i want to say a huge thank you to all of you <3 thank you so much for supporting, acknowledging and appreciating my writing; it truly motivates me so much and has helped me fall back in love with writing as an emotional and creative outlet, which was something i really needed when i decided to restart this blog post exams. i love (and try to reply) to every one of your comments, read all your reblog messages and generally just feel so overjoyed whenever i see notifications on the app from all of you! thank you all my angels!

now, a little insight into what this blog will look like this year: to be very honest, im not at all sure. next year is my final year in high school, which will mean that ill likely be very busy with studying, homework, assignments and exams, which will definitely minimise the time i have to write, unlike at the moment when i'm on my summer break and have a lot of free time. at the moment, im trying to bulk write as much as i can so i can still semi-regularly update the blog, but there's a chance ill have dry periods on here, and i just want to make you all super aware of that! especially during term four (when my final exams are, from early oct-mid nov) i likely will not be updating at all. ill try and post an updates schedule weekly to make sure you all know what's going on!

2025 will also mark my fourth year since i started stanning skz in 2021, which is insanely mind-blowing to me. im so proud of what they've achieved; they're growing so much and it makes me feel even more honoured to have been a part of this massive journey. from seeing them in 2023 in an arena to seeing them in 2024 selling out a stadium, it's insane to me how much they've achieved in just a year. endlessly proud and endlessly hoping that they know we are, and that this added pressure doesn't overwhelm them too much. what a beautiful group of beautiful people they are; my family and i love you, my boys!

ʚɞ before you request ୨ৎ @cosmicalily's 𝒓𝒆𝒒𝒖𝒆𝒔𝒕 guidelines ʚɞ

as i've grown on tumblr (which i'm endlessly grateful for), i've started receiving more fic requests, which is super exciting! however, there are things that i'm not comfortable writing or don't feel like i can portray well, so i thought i'd put together a list of my do's and don't's for writing.

what i won't write ୨ৎ

any explicit sexual content. i'm 17, and i also don't feel comfortable writing it.

fics that are outside of my experiences. this may not make sense, but essentially things that i don't feel i can portray accurately or appropriately.

any kind of hybrid characters. just not my thing! there are plenty of authors who do (and well) though

storylines that villainize the members. i'm fine with including emotional complexities and conflicts within relationships, but i don't want to write them as violent, abusive or manipulative characters.

series. i'm happy to take requests for oneshots, smaus, sequels to pre-existing fics i've written, timestamps and headcanons, but a whole series is a lot of work and i can't guarantee completion. i don't want to promise something i can't finish!

what i can, but don't necessarily love to write ୨ৎ

idol skz. i know this is oddly specific and doesn't make a lot of sense, but i've just found i'm not great at writing it and i don't want to post works that i don't love!

fantasy aus. i definitely don't do any hybrid characters, and whilst i'm interested in dabbling in fantasy, it would probably be more surrealist/paranormal than traditional fantasy.

what i can definitely write ୨ৎ

any kind of silly/popular smau prompt

fics based on a song/song lyrics

timestamps with a time and a prompt

oneshots with a described prompt

also, as i'm in my final year of high school, there's a chance that requests will be subject to delay or simply won't be completed due to a lack of time and energy. i also hold the right to decline requests for any other content than what is listed above that i don't feel comfortable writing.
