More bans but still no prosecutions – pension scammers lost in time Another day, another voluntary ban taken by pension scammers, this time by those involved in the Henley Retirement Benefits and Capita Oak Pension Schemes. On the back of declining U.S. same-store sales, comes more bad news from the Children's Advertising Review Unit (CARU). The self-regulatory unit of the Council of Better Business Bureaus recommended that McDonald's "take care to assure future advertising directed to children that commercials focus on the advertised food product and not on the premium." This after they investigated a particular TV ad. This makes a whole lot of sense.......when the food is unhealthy, distract the kids with a nice little toy!!!!
