Slendermans Forest

Here is a massive post about the forest and what it looks like.

Slendy currently lives in the rewooded forests. The redwoods span over 2,000,000 acres and have many species of creatures that have otherworldly properties as well as the animals living with each other. Slenderman watches over this entire forest, knowing almost every crack and fallen tree in the area. There are some parts of the forest that he has ventured to but has not figured the layout of yet since the forest itself is large.

In this forest, you will find demons of every shape and size. They take up different parts of the forest as their territory and whatever human that walks into their area is theirs but all souls go directly do slendy unless stated otherwise. Since he is the one that watches over the forest, he decides which otherworldly creature can go or stay, and they have to comply or else they will either get slaughtered or thrown back to their homes. slendy can be overruled if there is a higher power allowing them to stay in his forest, but that rarely ever happens and when it does, he watches over that certain being intently until he knows that they can be trusted not to do anything.

As you travel deeper into the forest, you will come across a cave. This cave is massive, and to me a good place to hide when slendy is at his worst. As you get deeper into the cave, there will be a portal that is unseen to the human eye. slendy opened it a few hundred years ago to allow creatures from other planes visit his forest and take residence in the area. Sometimes I come down to this cave out of boredom to observe the creatures that come through. Some of them are quite interesting to look at.

On the very top of the forest stands a house. The house has had no inhabitants for quite a long time and has stood there since probably before the 1860s and looks like it has forgotten over time. I tend to go into this house quite a lot to just roam around and abby usually follows close behind. It overlooks the redwood forest but is not visible unless you get to the top of a hill and through an opening that has little to no trees.

One of the best parts about slenderforest is at night time. Unlike slendy, I can see in the dark but not very well due to the fact that it gets pitch black in the forest. The best thing about this, though, is the night sky. When you look up, it is absolutely beautiful and you can pretty much see the Milky Way as clear as day stretching across the sky. You can sometimes see me sitting in one of the tallest trees, looking up at the night sky whenever I can't sleep.

Just on the outside of the slenderforest is a town that has been around since before the 1860s. It is almost right next it, just about a 5 mile walk away outside the opening of the forest and a days walk for me. It has a population of about 10,000 and it has a funny name that I have never really got around to remembering.

The people are very nice here. Every time I come into town they are always giving me foods and supplies at little to no money. Besides a few who have... "disappeared," the towns people here are pretty unaware of anything besides knowing of the urban legends of the forest and think that I live alone atop of the hill in the house pictured above. I even have a place to stay for the night when I travel to this town; an elderly lady who owns a small hotel allows me to stay in one of her rooms provided that I help clean up for her while I'm there. Sometimes, I even stay a couple extra days just to help around the hotel despite slendy even checking up on me while I'm there.

The only other place to talk about is a place called "Hylo," which is located right next to the slenderforest. I am really not allowed to venture into there because apparently, according to slendy there is a slender eating spider somewhere in there. I do, though, sometimes sneak off for a bit to say hi to warden, proxy, and a few others that live in there. Sometimes, they come visit me as well but it isn't for very long.
