(Slow/Speed) Nova Build

The Slow and Speed Nova builds. Specializing on making enemies move really slow or extremely fast.
Both builds have their uses in certain situations.
Speed Nova comes in handy for rushing defense missions, but starts causing mass havoc into the later levels because the enemies are hitting extremely hard leaving very little time for someone to react.
The Slow Nova build comes in handy in the later levels, reducing the enemies move and attack speed to a crawl. Allow you and you squad to safely murder the enemy without the fear of being gunned down by 4 heavy gunners.
The Slow Nova build has 3 forma put into it. Same for the Speed Nova build.
