Canonically, we don't see Theo intimidating or belittling Hermione, which makes him a better match than Draco or Blaise.
I also believe he's an annoying Slytherin know-it-all.
I believe Hermione, like the actress Emma Watson, had a bit of a glow-up during her years at Hogwarts.
These two are perfect together; they sound like soulmates. I imagine Theo being very romantic with her, making her smile, and the two of them studying together.
