Cracking effort this morning by the Team BTC crew. 1 of whom who got coaxed by other attendees (post there assessments 😂) even though they were due on session after. That’s what we love ❤️ all the encouragement and support from each other to get you through. And do way more than you would if you were left to your own devices. This was post FIT 30 session (basically 45 mins of circuit/ team training). Specifically designed to get you got and sweaty 🥵. Very proud of every single on as we did a whole deck of cards (if you know, you know)! And had a starter and desert 🔥🔥😂😂. A couple of weeks ago we had our Xmas Social. It was such a good laugh, and a few sore heads in the morning. 😂 Being part of a community outside of just training can really make your health and fitness journey more enjoyable/fun. Fitness should be enjoyable so you want to keep doing it. Bringing people together at events like this can build new friendships making the community stronger. Last night was our members social night out. Lots of cocktails and laughs. We aren’t just a personal training gym we are a community. One thing we wanted to create was non egotistical, no judgement all inclusive community. Where people want to keep coming back, have fun, be part of something and want to bring there friends and family members. You would be surprised at how many couples we train 🏋️‍♂️. Which I think is great as they can share the experience with us together ❤️ It’s all about it’s about connections and building friendships, hey and maybe relationships.
