And after a day of relaxation back into my usual self.
Day 64: Day at Sea. After the great day spent on the Great Barrier Reef, we received some sad news from the Captain. The next Port we were supposed to visit, Darwin, had to be cancelled due to a cyclone that was on the area. In consequence to this, the following Port, Bali, had to be cancelled as well which was rather disappointing. This would mean spending a few more days at sea and heading directly to our next destination, Singapore, where we were able to spend an extra day.

Day 60: At sea, en route to Brisbane.
We started paralleling the Eastern coastline of Australia heading North. Day 60 means the equator of our 120 days journey. From now on time will pass very quick.

Day 11: QM2 continues her South easterly heading to Walvis Bay in Namibia. Day of gym, relaxation and Informa evening /dinner at Coriander for some alternative Indian cuisine. Someone suggested I should put here some pictures of the food on the ship, and as a lover of Indian food, I leave you some shots I took on that evening.
Day 4: informal evening and reaching Madeira.
Informal evenings on board the Queen Mary 2 are supposed to be more relaxed evenings as opposed to formal evenings. You are still required to wear a jacket on most areas on the ship. Ties are optional, nevertheless this doesn’t mean you cannot dressed smart and many gentlemen choose to dress up and wear a tie. In this occasion I chose to wear a three piece suit in navy blue and pinstripe.
