One thing I'd like to see for FE is the main characters actively defying fate. Like, fate and destiny is there and all in the series, but I'd like to see characters at least somewhat aware of it, or have an idea of it, and reject it. Like... I dunno, it's designed that evil dragon #354c is going to destroy the world at this time. Our hero recognizes that destiny, says "fuck that", and somehow prevents it from happening.

Dam we getting existential here? Please tell me the main Camus of the game is called ALBERT.
