do any of my followers have experience with hypersensitivity? im usually okay, but sometimes i’ll have mornings like this one where even just the feel of my sweater on my skin or my muscles moving around makes me want to simultaneous burn off all my flesh and vomit out everything inside of me

are there obvious/typical causes? is it frequently comorbid with either severe anxiety or depression (both of which i have?) do you have any coping mechanisms that aren’t just wrapping yourself up in bed and pretending nothing exists?
