He used smg4s appearance to lure people to capture and torture and treated the actual him as if he himself was the avatar in Marios place, but he still tortures him. As long as he stayed alive.

He does have eyes, he just has his pupils extremely dilated to make his somewhat puppet like smg4 appearance more appealing to the eyes of others. To make himself intimidating, he makes his pupils slightly less dilated to make his eyes visible. If he’s intimidated, his eyes will be as small as possible.
His base/home or whatever is peach’s castle and uses the left over flesh around the hole the castle was in making it legs for the castle, think about it being Howls Moving Castle.
unlike most .exes, he doesn’t believe he’s god. He knows he’s not god. He takes people’s life energy before mentally torturing them because he wants to be stronger than god themself.
