Hi! One thing I aim for in 2018 is finishing my master's degree in German & Maths to teach kids (grade 5-10). Two exams are parting me from it. After that, I can start the practical part of my education of teaching. Fanfic wise, I'd like to learn how to write subplots. Usually, my fics are 95% focused on the central Olicity-conflict which is not necessarily bad, but often makes it hard to write chapters without Olicity interaction like friendships & character stories. :) Happy new year, Lorna!

I wish you all the luck in the world for finishing your Master’s degree - I’m hoping myself to study for a graduate degree in September so I can be a teacher too! I applied last month, but haven’t heard back yet from the university where I want to study. Fingers crossed I get in!

Ah, subplots are often quite difficult in fics, so I understand your frustration and wanting to get better at the ‘how’ of writing them successfully.

I just saw a post suggesting to say something nice to the person at the top of my dash and it was you, so I wanted to use the opportunity to tell you how much I enjoy working on Olicity Secret Santa with you again. Your ideas to make it even more successful this year are making it so much easier to handle it and I am so happy you cake up with all the ideas and took care that they were put to action. :)
