Oooh fun question! I shall go with fall snacks!

This very specific pumpkin cream cheese roll from my local pumpkin festival. There is nothing else like that specific roll from that specific roadside little popup. I miss it every fall.

Nutty pumpkin iced coffees from Dunks. It seems to be a new idea they're trying and it's SO GOOD.

Stuffing. God do I love stuffing. The rest of my family can't stand it and then you have me shoveling it into my mouth like a madperson.

A present was standing on his desk, a rather large box decorated with homemade wrapping paper. The paper was clearly made to reflect the receiver of the gift, filled with drawings of machine parts. All of them neatly hand draw. There wasn't a bow, but there was an envelope on top of it with the Heisenbergs insignia drawn on it. Inside there was a small note addressed to Karl.

"I am glad you liked my little performance. Despite how much it irked me, seeing you happy made me smile. The box is filled with various things I've made for you to have a nice celebration. There are treats and savoury items I know are to your liking, after all, I am always observing. I have also added a few tinker toys I have found in my home. Delightful as they are I imagined you would have more joy from them than I. if you wish for company on your birthday then my doors are always open, and I will gladly cook your favourite meal."

He had to hand it to her-- when he had jokingly told her that sharing food was the way into a man's heart, she had listened. Even if that man was supposed to be a brother to you, the occasional offering of a treat would undoubtedly win him over, no matter how much of a stubborn, insensitive ass he was the rest of the time.

He would be picking through the edible goodies in the box all day, he was certain-- it was honestly uncanny, how well Kaiser seemed to remember little things he mentioned in passing like a fondness for linzer biscuits or salted licorice. And the little toys that had been included were absolutely fascinating; they would make wonderful distractions.

Perhaps he would give her a call, he mused, glancing over at his phone. It had been a long time since he hadn't spent a birthday alone, since he had actually celebrated instead of treating it like any other day... And if he was being honest, jaegerschnitzel did sound good.

So did spending a birthday with his sister.
