In honor of the Boueibu game introducing a snail monster to the universe, I figured it was time I finally went back to finish that redraw of Snailman George I started in 2016. It was originally going to be a panel for a Boueibu comic that never came to fruition, but I do still have my notes.
George would have appeared as a French exchange student at Binan, complaining about how he's too dry, that stupid hedgehog ate his drone, he's not as flexible with all these bones, and he's so exposed - how does anyone live like this!
The Student Council obviously takes notice of his strange behavior and, while they have no idea what he's so angsty about, he's absolutely oozing with it. So he gets shot with a Zundar needle.
Unfortunately, George's reaction is not at all what they expected: "Fools! You have released me from this flesh prison and unleashed my true form!"
He harnesses the power to escape his human prison, transforming into a giant snail with bunny ears. Arima is duly mortified while the others are disgusted, but there's no time to dwell on that. George turns on them, launching an army of snail drones to cause explosive chaos in their wake.
Did I forget to mention the drones were also bombs? Dammit, George...
