In which, Andrés explains that Mother Earth has arteries beneath her skin. He speaks more scientifically than this but the sense is the same. This river is sacred and Ruzo seems to be respecting that, in accordance to the river’s shaman. If only more scientists could be equally respectful of protector shaman’s decrees.
