AWA SHIPPING SHOOT

HEY GUYS SO I GOT THE OK TO DO THE SHIPPING SHOOT AT AWA THIS YEAR WITH MY FRIEND SNAKESINPARADISE I WANNA MAKE A POST ABOUT WHAT SHIPS WEE ARE DOING AND UNFORTUNALEY YES THERE ARE RULES SO HERE GOES:

RULES: 1.) Please do not push and or shove others when the ship is called up. Please be mindful and move aside when someone is getting through. 2.) Kissing is preferred to not happen unless you have consent of the person you are kissing. Sorry guys I just want everyone to be safe 3.) If you dont have your makeup set just be careful. 4.) Please dont shout out for ships to happen we have already compiled a list and me or snakes will take requests as it goes on. 5.) please be mindful of others and do not yell for them to do something that would make them uncomfortable. 6.) If taller people in front could please either kneel or duck a lil when taking pictures for shorter people n back that would be uber awesome of you guys. 7.) Please refrain from vulgar language and acts like extreme roudyness and stuff we just wanna have a good time 8.)When we call groups up by last name feel free to come up whether you are an ancestor, dancestor, or anyone in that group That should be about it for the rules if theres anymore we wanna double check on we'll let ya know but heres the ships we have gotten so far if you have anymore to add right now go ahead and message me and i will add them

AWA SHIPPING SHOOT

SO SO HAPPY my friend snakesinparadise and I just got the ok to go ahead and do the shipping shoot for awa. We already decided on a few rules about not doing stuff without consent but we are coming up with a huge list of ships right now and will have time to do all if not then most of the ships XD so I cannot wait

Hello! I was wondering if anyone was planning on doing a shipping photoshoot for AWA on Saturday because if no one does then my friend and I were thinking about doing one, but that's only if no one was planning on doing one first. if so could you possibly tell us if you needed to contact staffers at awa in order to have the photo shoot thank you very much for reading this message.

AWA staff doesn’t deal with anything photoshoot related, actually! They only give suggested locations so that the shoots don’t block foot traffic. They are actually thinking of taking it “in house”, as they said, next year, similarly with how Momocon did their shoot stuff this year!

As for your main question, we’re not doing shipping at the main photoshoot (it takes way too long), but if you’re up for throwing your voice out and sweating in the hot sun for 2+ hours to take shipping pictures, more power to you! Feel free to conduct it after the main shoot. If you want to introduce yourself to the coordinators of the main shoot, you can come up to us before the main shoot begins (or during the shoot; you just need to go around the side and not up the main stairs so you don’t get in the way). We won’t be able to lend you the megaphone we’re going to be using though, so perhaps invest in your own? It’s a life saver!
