Is Nyx’s magic tied to the phases of the moon at all?
Werewolves get their boost during the full moon, maybe it’s the same for werepanthers :3
Absolutely! Her natural magic is strongest during the full moon, and lowest during new moons. The urge to use her werepanther form is also strongest during full moons, but she can transform any time of the month as long as she's got enough energy stored up to do so. She can also resist the urge to transform during full moons if she wants, but it takes some concentration.
Weird events like eclipses can also give her a boost in power!
