I'm sorry if I'm annoying you, I just don't know who to ask. So, I have a friend whom I like to cuddle with, it's completely platonic, he's just very soft, and idk recently he's kinda been moving his hands towards my boobs and he'll put his hands loosely over them and rub his thumb along them and it's really uncomfortable but I'm scared to tell him to stop because I don't know if he knows that's where his hands are ending up. Aw that sucks. I bet they probably do notice to an extent… I’d let them know you’re uncomfortable with that, and if they do it again be like “yo buddy I said that’s not cool” or something (like a warning) and if they keep on it leave them. Being uncomfortable snuggling is not cool. I bet you can find someone even better to snuggle with who respects your boundaries.
So: in short, tell them what your limits/boundaries are
if they do not respect them, get the heck out of there.
