So, I was talking about Star Wars to someone a little bit ago and I actually referrred to Wedge as Wedginald without thinking and the person I was talking to was just staring at me like “what the fuck did you just say.”

it’s just a poorly written ship and only serves to advance obi wan’s character development while minimizing her. her death occurs for the sole purpose of contributing to his tragic backstory as if there haven’t been enough female characters who died for that same reason

I'm putting half the blame on you for astoria's fae au that i am now RIDICULOUSLY into

Half the blame is probably right: I’m just glad we’re not the only two bearing the burden of it now. The Fae AU has legitimately taken over both of our lives for the better part of the last week. We can’t seem to stop coming up with scenarios for it -- honestly, I don’t think the first story’s going to be very short and I’m pretty sure we plotted out the bulk of the sequel today.We’ve gone from an incredibly comfortable back and forth when characters are having conversations to repeatedly jinxing each other because we just both typed out the same lines for the same character. Fae!Bodhi keeps haunting us while we’re trying to work on our other stories, teasing us with MORE scenarios, all of them just so... good.So yes: WELCOME TO THE OHMYGOD, I HAD NO IDEA HOW MUCH I NEEDED THE FAERIE ROGUEJEDI AU IN MY LIFE CLUB. WE HAVE PEACHES.

unpops opinion: padme in the prequels is... not that good. Like i think a lot of people love her because of what fanon has made her, but,, in the movies themselves i feel like she was fairly one-dimensional and used just for anakin's Man Pain

like pretty much every character in the prequels, she’s great in theory but poorly developed. i definitely find her more bearable than most in the prequels but a lot of her dialogue is poorly written and her romance with anakin is completely unconvincing
