queenmerlyn marysuepoots She's trying to keep up with him, hiking along the mountainside with heavy breaths. It's hot, but that's expected in the Coral Mountains. The sun is beating down upon her and it's getting to the point where she wishes she could do a snow flurry around her to keep cool, but there's no water for her to draw her power from. "Listen", she pants out to the male in front of her. Her hands fall down to her waist as she stops, but he doesn't make a move to turn around. "Excuse me", she starts out again. He still doesn't speak. "Can't we just rest for a bit? Get some water or--" But he's probably out of earshot right now. "Ronnie, wait!" Her tone of voice sounds strained, tired, and begging just slightly before she runs to catch up to him. "And he says I'm stubborn." Lost in her own rant, she doesn't realize she ends up walking into him and stumbles on her feet. Immediately, his arms wrap around her, blue eyes staring into brown before he nods his head towards his left. "There's a small lake here for you to recharge yourself. I'll find shelter", he tells her while setting her upright and she blinks. "You could have at least said something about a lake earlier." "What", he laughs. "And miss out on giving you a hard time? Never."
