I knew nailing down Captain's design would open me to making Chip's time even worse, haha. I have pieces planned for him interacting with the others too but, I mean, his focus is mostly on the poor unfortunate asset.

He really really loves his job, thriving in this brutal environment, I mean he's kept the team going for a year so he is very good at his job. He however, loathes Chip because he has restrictions with how he can treat him. Granted, it boils down to 'don't permanently alter him in any way or kill him' so he still has plenty of room to be a straight bastard. Chip, of course, has tried to make it more difficult even though it has ultimately puts himself at a far more drastic disadvantage.

Captain is the embodiment of 'fear the old man in a profession where men die young' and 'are the monsters the worst thing?'
