Once, I thought of all the women who can never live without men as selfish, hysterical and “ordinary”. Women can be anything, other than foolish or weak. I thought of the girls I love, or once loved. Some of them have never been truly alone, and I somewhat felt that should be okay - because my girls are special. They know who they are, no matter who they can be with.
Maybe among the women I never need to know or meet, there could be many of those “special ones” too, huh.. Likewise, they have no reason to ever see me.
If I put that to sleep without question, that wouldn’t be me anymore. Is that the least, or the most womanly part in me?
The red-cotton tree, is somehow remembered in my childhood as a symbol of women's feudal suffering. The way they stand tall and lonely, half spectacular and half ghostly in the grey sky of March - is simply a scene to behold. This year, I got to see them in a blue-sky sunny day.
“Red strings of fate, white threads of dismay”
The strange ways via which a girl may have found her heart again.
I found mine one day in October.
He’s still there, fishing for the half of my heart that was never forgotten, in a poodle left after the rain. So that I will always still have it. So that we will always have it. Watercolour on Arches HP 300gsm

Some of the best people you’ll ever meet in your life tend to arrive a bit late...
... which stands as an excuse for “I’m not a morning gal”
“It’s not just a dream apart, it’s a whole world.”
