They're both very proficient linguists, and enjoy studying, learning, and practicing languages they're studying with each other.
Gabriel proposed to Sofia shortly after the game, and they seem like the type who'd want a big family, whether through blood or adoption, as well as several pets.
After their retirement, they became local petsitters and dogwalkers, offering their services at much more affordable prices than pretty much anyone/where else.
Sofia plays the piano and teaches piano lessons as a part-time job, and Gabriel enjoys looking through his archives and history books to find obscure piano pieces for her to play. The more obscure the piece, the more she enjoys playing it, and she publicly acknowledges Gabriel whenever he finds a piece that she performs.
They'd absolutely kill it at three-legged races. Really, any partner game like that, they'd sweep.
They always check on Jones each anniversary of Zoe's death and Valentine's Day, spending at least a little time with him and making meals for him, as Gabriel is often worried about Jones's safety on those days.
Note: I find it amusing that Gabriel dislikes Meera more than almost any character in the game, except, like, Louis lol. Calls her a "bad egg..." and, like, true (although, contrary to what Gabriel says, I actually think Meera (and Bateman as well) show more signs of sociopathy than psychopathy, since neither really try to hide the disparaging way they see other people, and Meera openly makes suspicious comments when she's a murder suspect, and her behavior is abnormal enough that it catches a professional's eye (a real good psychopath like Denise would probably blend in much better), and Meera makes no attempt to manipulate/charm the police, being rather blunt, and Bateman is prone to fits of rage and is a terrible liar, the latter of which is possible for sociopaths but unusual for psychopaths), but I don't recall him expressing such contempt for, like, Rozetta, Bateman himself, or Denise lmao
I feel like Gabriel and Sofia would be especially saddened by John/Jane Doe cases, and would track progress and updates of such cases, including ones outside of Grimsborough.
They both volunteer at food drives, homeless shelters, and soup kitchens, especially around the holidays, and would take their kids to do so as well.
They could both easily spend days on end at museums. They’d be meticulously reading EVERYTHING and talking about how fascinating everything is. Their kids would successfully beg their parents to buy them pricey gift shop souvenirs.
They both have massive stacks of library books everywhere, and they like to read in bed together before they go to bed. They would read to their kids, too.
They are one of the few people who actually donate to Wikipedia.
They’d enjoy discussing books, movies, etc, together after partaking in such pop culture.
I hope you enjoyed! It’s kinda a shame they got majorly shafted by the game, but hey, at least they were both alive by the end of the game…
