Desert Haze
A lot of this movie was shooting the desert. We also got to see a contrast of culture between native americans and white people, in todays world. There was a lot of good cinematography. But it was around two hours long and was kind of abstract, so I had a hard time paying attention.
Dazed and Confused
Desert Haze was a film that gave a glimpse of Life in the west of the united states. it seemed to be a compilation of clips from all over. I found myself dazed and confused by Desert Haze, there was not story line, no plot, no true character introduction, i found myself waiting for the film to start instead of truly understanding life out west.
The director did try to make the film educational and included biological facts (about tumbleweed), Conspiracy theory’s (about bombs), and humanities information (leisure time activities) but overall i found the film hard to follow and difficult to watch.

The Boring Desert
2) Desert haze
This movie was so boring it was lacking in entertainment. It was all very artsy shots down low and from different angles but it felt as if the plot was missing from the movie altogether. It was just random desert scenes and random people. Like a guy who collects barbed wire and a lady at the begging and the archeological digs that are never explained why they are digging and what for. If I was the director I would of probably focused on one person or two and make it a lot shorter or have narration to explain the scenes.
Aaah the Desert dry and desolate so much so it's quirky, just like this movie also beautiful and harsh. The depictions of the landscape are breathtaking and raw exemplifying the theme of comparison through the characters that persistently emerges.
