What rules do you find the most difficult? I use to struggle with Ikhfaa sometimes, but now I’m getting the hang of it I think alhamdulillah

i dont really have much problem with the rules, its more to do with little things which aren't in the standardised rules but they are things which a good teacher of tajweed will pick up on

Anon, Musab is correct, maybe you need to sit him down and talk to him, but in a gentle manner, remind him of Allah, and Allah's punishments and rewards, remind him of the mercy and forgiveness of Allah,

remind him that we all sin, but the best of those who repent as Allah say's in the Qur'an. Maybe get someone who he likes and is close to him from family that can talk to him on a good level in sha Allah. I hope this Advice helps in sha Allah.
