Whoa there, Community Manager Anon, seems that your world view involves seeing sex outside of a committed relationship as BAD. My perspective is that sex is MUTUAL PLEASURE, and as long as it involves CONSENTING ADULTS, it’s ALWAYS a GOOD thing, whether it’s a one night stand, two night stand, two years, or a lifetime. Sex is ALWAYS a POSITIVE in my book, unless like I said, it’s nonconsensual or involves minors.
I take offense at 1. you thinking you know Sam or Mackenzie (none of us know the REAL them, in their private time, we ONLY know what they CHOOSE to SHOW us). 2. That meeting up to have some time together outside of an exclusive, committed relationship would make Sam and Mackenzie not have a “good set of values.” Again, it implies sex is only right and good INSIDE an exclusive, committed relationship. And I don’t subscribe to that patriarchal, madonna/whore, not allowing women to be free sexually in whatever way THEY see fit notion, I just don’t. Sex is like pizza, it’s ALL good. And women (and men) should be allowed to have as much pizza as they want, one slice, or a whole extra large pie, whenever they want, with whom ever they want, without being made to feel like a bad person. Same goes for sex. Judging people for being sexual in whatever way they choose, THAT is “denigrating” in my opinion. Different strokes, I guess...
