It’s just an AOE arte. The wording is odd, but it’s likely related to the many offense boosting passives she has. Unfortunately, this doesn’t particularly matter because Fractured Milla has no Mystic Arte to benefit from all that power and cannot use Milla’s.

How come everything in your gym is so purple, is it a safe haven for gays?
It’s not my gym, it’s my friend’s gym. I was training him, and it’s a Planet Fitness. Planet Fitness and YouFit have color schemes they stick to, for some reason (not judging them, just don’t get it). PF is purple and yellow, I think, and YF is purple and green. My actual gym doesn’t have a color scheme; it’s a very old school kinda gym.
