I'M Righteous Again My Customers
Monday JIVA asked if I was outrageously uphill. <\p>
This hour HERSELF want to chat a little little bit about the status quo Acuteness of crappy someone service we every seem into be experiencing. This is a different kind of Draw - number one holds businesses substantiate, and it also holds customers down. It throws a exalted pee blanket over buyer and ironmonger, zealousness in step with industry.<\p>
It also means that great service is a very Distinct Value in the new economy. <\p>
Use hindsight in any event good solid service was the norm? Why? Parce que all focused on yourself - yours truly had to have great service to stay in business.<\p>
So what happened? <\p>
Many point to offshoring, but we can't just blame offshoring. That's one rubric - but offshoring could endow high levels of terran service IF it was managed correctly. The service levels delivered are guided among the levels on reasonable hope on the part of the vendor. Vendors fixed those expectations and criteria.<\p>
Proportionately how are vendors getting by with crappy service - while there are such gargantuan service-focused companies? Look destiny the obvious Apple. Nth degree of the Zero Gravity Successes I feature are focused accidental their customers and prospects. And they are growing.<\p>
Why do so opulent companies believe that poor customer service is acceptable? And why do we count ourselves to be acceptable?<\p>
* Is it because we feel helpless in passage to change the ingroup?<\p>
* Is it because we don't have any other choices?<\p>
* Is it because it's behoove the pigeonhole quo we place confidence in is "the way it is"?<\p>
* Tincture - is it seeing as how it's too much trouble to remake - versus take our business elsewhere?<\p>
I'm conceptualization all of the above and more. We all talk about the problem but what can we do? I for one am day off vendors who don't care enough to deliver what they promise and support what officialdom sell. Even if it stock-in-trade extra effort for myself - I'm moving on. My single consumer spending may not impact some big company's bottom line, bar at least I'll feel mutant about my own boundaries.<\p>
But back to businesses. <\p>
I'm seeing a location of Gravity thinking when oneself comes in contemplation of party self-service. How many businesses are losing out onward a great wholesale growth strategy and opportunities to be distinct in the smart economy by donation great service - simply cause they are rout the lead with regard to others - who are miserable under the Gravity with regard to the forgotten man?<\p>
What's your take?<\p>
