James was going to kill her. She'd taken the map so she could actually go out. He hadn't taken her to Dumbledore yet to see if she could stay in the castle and not in the Shack night after night. Gripping the map between her hands, Hedwig came back into her makeshift home only to hear something.

She tucked the map away and hurried to press herself against the wall. Nobody came into the Shack. They all feared it was haunted.

Peering around the corner, she saw someone sprawled out on her mattress and a small sound escaped her throat.

"R-Remus?" She murmured having been unaware it had been a full moon.
