Anyway imagine Max pre attempt in ms seeing Jonah just act like a perfect version with near no flaws with everyone else and just thinking the worst possible thing

(and Jonah also kinda stopped venting to him n just started pretending (badly) that everything is always fine with him ... Coincidentally or not this is also the time he started theater)

Max would think Jonah is either having some problems (and feel bad that Jonah won't talk to him ab it, prolly blame himself too) or think Jonah just got sick of being nice with him and started being friends with other classmates

either way he'll prolly be kinda upset about it
