So, the beginning of this week, I had a friend I liked ask me out. I was happy and elated! I've never gotten the chance to actually truly date someone outside of our close group circle, and I was looking forward to discovering stuff about each other and getting to know each other the old fashioned way through talking and dates and stuff.
She broke up with me today.
And she didn't even tell me to my face; she had another one of our friends who sat at our lunch table come over to the table I was visiting and tell me that she was breaking up with me.
She wouldn't even look at me.
I'm upset.
