Morning friends! Today the brick and mortar store will be closed (online is always open so please shop). I need a break. I need a day of rest. I need time to think and regroup. This month has been the worst we’ve had in years and I have to figure out why and how to fix it, if I can fix it. I don’t know. What I do know is that I can’t spend every day so anxious, waiting for sales, begging for sales, getting no sales or one a day. I know I cant chase rescues I’m trying to help who say they will share the fundraisers and then don’t so I beg them also. How much begging can a person do each day? All the stress is not good for my already-bad health so I need a break even for just one day - so I don’t break for longer. Today I’m taking a mental health day. I’m going to try to rest, relax, read books, hug Benny, try to not cry (but I probably will), and just breathe. I hope you’ll shop online. Thought about getting back on the treadmill today before going to work it then thought better of it. Ran / walked the past two days and just because my knee aren't screaming today doesn't mean I should push my luck. Relax knees, you deserve a rest and thank you for the past two days.❤️
