From the Freerange Chowhound's February Foodie Dinner at So Moon Nan Jip in Palisades Park, NJ. by Harvey Hirsch Via Flickr: I have been enjoying the Korean cuisine here since 1999 when I moved to Edgewater and my Korean brother, Ho Nam brought me here. Tonight I ordered the deep fried mandoo (dumplings), the haemul pachun (pan fried seafood pancake, chopchae (tasty noodles and veggies), bulgogi (sautéed shaved steak) and my fave, kangpu see woo (deep fried butterfly shrimp in a sweet and spicy sauce). Everybody had a fun time.
