If he's trying his luck with Prime Sonic, Scourge is just wondering why. Like, who would want to date Prime? Prime is boring. Prime sucks. Prime is too much of a goody-goody. He's judging Exe's taste in men and judging it hard
If he's trying his luck with Fleetway Sonic, Scourge is laughing his ass off because he thinks it's the funniest shit in the world when people try to shoot their shot with him. He likes to stand back and watch it happen for a bit, smug in the knowledge Sonic will say no because he's already taken, and then saunter over and drape his arm over Sonic's shoulders and call him babe and kiss him either on the cheek or directly on the lips. Just because he wants to see the look on his "competition's" face (not that he considers them competition, because again, he knows Sonic is going to turn down any advances). He'd do the same to Exe, except he'd be even more smug about it because he knows Sonic hates lookalikes, and some random guy looking exactly like him approaching him to flirt with him is going to piss him off big time, and Scourge is looking forward to the fallout of that
