Thanks to little baby jeebus for @ubereats I’m In #braintreemassachusetts with no car and this lovely man just delivered me some delicious coffee!! Now I’m on the back porch, enjoying that wonderful coffee and the local wildlife... ☕️🌳🍁🌿🍂🍃🍁🕊🦋🦗☀️🥰 (turn the sound on the video to hear said wildlife!) Did I mention that it is a lovely 77° and sunny? Yesterday was a little bit cloudy and cooler in #rockportma which made for some dramatic photos!There is no feeling of humidity here. How y’all doing in #soflo I have to say I may miss my people, but I doing miss the weather! It’s so easy to breathe here! Now, if you’re wondering why at 3:30 in the afternoon I’m just getting up and getting coffee, I was wondering that myself. I woke up with a horrible headache this morning that kept me from going anywhere. I then realized I have not had coffee for two days – hence the Uber Eats - and my headache is disappearing as I write this. So I suppose I should put in a PSA here… ☝🏼Kids- coffee addiction is no joke and no fun. I think I’m gonna cut back my coffee consumption to every few rando days so I’m not on a schedule that will cause these wretched withdrawals every time. I gave up substances ruling my life when I quit smoking 10 years ago🤷🏻‍♀️(well, mostly...binge eating is a whole nother story, but not constant) So those are just some rambling ongoings of my trip to #Boston so far. I have a lot of blanks to fill in because I have been living in the moment while I’m here. Been doing lots of fun things and have a whole nother week and a half to do more fun things! I’m even picking up work while I’m here!📷 I’ll try and fill in some blanks today while I’m just chilling here. In the meanwhile I am just enjoying the world’s best #souldetox ever! AN ARROW CAN ONLY BE SHOT BY PULLING IT BACKWARDS - When we miss the mark, get into bad lifestyle habits, remember no one is perfect, even our best teachers. I had many great teachers and I respect very much those who admit to be human, and can give up old outdated believes for the ones that make more sense. And admit that they also can miss the mark. I am not in favor of a guru approach or superior morality approach when it comes to spirituality or healthy living. But when you have a serious problem you can not play around. If we know that what we do it’s not leading us in the right direction....we can always pull back the arrow again and refocus on the bulls eye. Even if the strength fails you at first, or even the second time, or even... never stop pulling back the arrow until you have regained your focus. Don’t ever give up, and it’s always better to lean to the side of doing what is right the best you can than to give up and do whatever you want, I do not care, knowing it will lead you nowhere.
